I began my fitness obsession after my son was born. I was overweight, unhappy and just stuck in life. I decided to just throw myself into something totally new and began crossfit. I quickly learned how much I LOVED lifting and wanted more.
Since then I have had another baby and still remained in the best shape of my life! Going through two pregnancies does a number on your body, and it took a lot of setbacks and hard work to achieve my personal goals. That is when I decided that I wanted to do this for a living. I want to wake up everyday and help people achieve their goals. I want to help my clients be their best self.
